Custom packaging designs typically involve multiple colors, and each color requires a separate printing plate. This means that each color corresponds to one printing plate. Additionally, each size of the diaper requires a separate printing plate. Therefore, the number of plates increases as the number of colors and sizes grows. Specifically, when printing OEM diapers, different color and size combinations require individual plates. For example, if an OEM diaper’s packaging design involves three colors and five different sizes, a total of 3 * 5 = 15 printing plates would be needed. This is because each color and size combination requires an independent plate to ensure color accuracy and clear patterns.
