1、Fluff pulp mincing - SAP uniform mixing - Fluff pulp cotton core flattening and shearing:The process begins with the treatment of Fluff pulp. The Fluff pulp is shredded into small pieces and then mixed evenly with SAP. The key to this step is ensuring that the Fluff pulp and SAP are thoroughly integrated, forming a stable Fluff pulp core. The Fluff pulp core is then flattened and cut into the desired shape.
2、Surface Wrapping:The cut core is fed into a machine, where non-woven fabric is applied to both the top and bottom, wrapping the core in between.
3、Top Sheet Compound:A hydrophilic layer is applied to the absorbent wrapping layer.
4、Back Sheet Compound-Wetness Indicator-Spandex-Glue Bonding:The Back Sheet Compound process involves several steps:Wetness Indicator: This feature signals when the diaper needs to be changed.Spandex: Spandex is added to the waist area to enhance elasticity and comfort, ensuring the diaper fits snugly around the user’s waist.Glue Bonding: Glue is used to firmly bond the layers together, ensuring the diaper’s structure is stable and not easily disassembled.
5、360° Waist Bonding: This step is designed to improve the fit and comfort of the product. By bonding the waistband to the main material, the product better adapts to the user’s body contours, effectively preventing side leakage.
6、Finished Product:The processed diapers are neatly stacked by a stacking machine, forming finished product sheets. Each diaper undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets the necessary standards.
7、Inner and Outer Packaging:The finished product sheets are grouped into specified quantities and placed in inner packaging bags. The outer packaging involves sealing the products to prevent moisture or contamination.
8、High-Speed Production Line: Jiayue’s production line operates at high speed, with a maximum production rate of 255 pieces per minute. The production process is fully automated, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and stable output.
