Steps to Make OEM diapers
Making you own brand of diaper is actually easy, following the steps below.
First, prepare and send us your brand name and packages design , in AI or PDF version.
Second, bags mould making. Each size of bag requires one mould. For example, if you order 4 sizes of bag for 4 sizes of diaper, then it is necessary to make 4 moulds. Color is the second factor to be considered. Usually, a bag will have 5-8 colors. Mould cost is calculated by the product of the number of the moulds and colors. Although the plate charge is paid by customer, it is refundable after a business activity of 5* 40HQ containers with us.
Third, product details discussion. We then can begin the discussion on the quality and performance of the diaper, like weight and water absorption of each size of diapers. After mutual confirmation, the production will be arranged.
At last, arrange the shipment and calculate the package inventory. Your customized diaper bags will not be sold to others, as you own the copyright on these packing bags. There will be inventory fee, which is refundable after 4*40HQ orders with us. You can continue to use the inventory when you order the next container of goods. We will keep all your inventory bags for you.
