Diapers Raw Materials - Tape
Diapers are made from a variety of raw materials, each with its own subdivisions and applications. Here, we primarily introduce the closure system used in diapers. A well-designed closure system is crucial for the comfort of wearing diapers and helps maintain a snug fit, effectively preventing side and back leaks. The diaper tape mainly includes cartoon tape, frontal tape, side tape, and abandon tape ect.
2、Frontal Tape:
① PP Frontal Tape: This material is highly stable and suitable for various diaper closure systems. PP frontal tape can be repeatedly fastened without deformation. It is durable and reliable, ensuring a secure fit during diaper use.
② Knit loop frontal tape: Made of woven mesh fabric and used with hook-and-loop fasteners, it provides stronger fastening for the diaper’s side tabs, preventing the diaper from falling off when the baby moves.
③ Brush loop frontal tape: Made of woven velvet fabric, it is soft and comfortable to the touch and should be used with hook-and-loop fasteners.
④ Non-woven fabric frontal loop tape/Laminated non-woven fabric frontal loop tape:These are soft and comfortable, resistant to wrinkling, and combine durability with wearing comfort.
3、Side Tape: Jiayue diapers mainly use PP tape and Magic side tape.
① PP Tape: Can be reused multiple times.
② Magic Side Tape: Available in straight-cut and S-cut. Jiayue uses imported magic side tape that are highly stable, reusable, and allow for adjustable diaper sizing. They prevent contamination and dust, are soft, and safe for the skin.
4、Abandon Tape: After using the diaper, roll it up and secure it with the adhesive tape before discarding it in the trash. This is very convenient, hygienic, and space-saving.
